The human body is amazing. I have always been in awe of its creator.
I have always known that the secret to optimal wellness is through removing things that harm our cells, and at the same time, supplying them with the nutrients they need to thrive. We are supposed to have energy, libido, muscle mass, flexibility, and focus well into our aging years.
