Fitness Trackers—A Possible Step in the Wrong Direction?

In addition to smart phones, tablets, and smart watches, fitness trackers help weight loss goals seem more within reach than they have ever been in the past. If you’ve been trying to lose weight and stay fit, you may have tried out a Fitbit or other wearable fitness device. Fitness trackers have made their way into the mainstream as an easy way to keep motivated and stay on track with exercise and health goals.
