It’s the early afternoon, and you know you need something to get you through the rest of your day. Lately, the coffee just hasn’t been cutting it, and you’re starting to wonder if it might be taking a toll on your nighttime sleep. A nap sounds great, but who has the time? And isn’t it better to stay up and try to soldier through your workday anyway? Actually, it depends… A short nap can be a great way to give your day and your overall health a boost. Sure, you have to take some time to fit in a nap, but if the rest of your day is more productive, isn’t it worth it?
