How to Say Goodbye to Gynecomastia
Every spring and summer, many men resort to weight loss and exercise regimes, often with hopes of getting into great shape for the many pool and beach activities ahead. They may hit the gym frequently, go for jogs after work, gulp down protein and veggie shakes, and try to get an average of eight hours of sleep a night. In other words, they are doing almost everything possible to lose the belly flab and gain muscle tone and definition. Unfortunately, for many men, all the efforts in the world won’t change their flabby, male “breasts”—referred to in the medical community as gynecomastia. This condition, triggered by hormonal imbalance, is not only frustrating but can be embarrassing, causing many men to hide behind a T-shirt even when the weather is scorching.
